dance related products at the best possible value. This requires us to be highly sensitive to circumstances around the world. From time to time circumstances beyond our control may affect prices. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover – Cards are processed via a secure third party vendor/gateway. We do not have access to your private financial information.
Order Processing:
For in stock orders received prior to 12:00 PM EST (normal business day), these items will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will be processed the next business day. We will always try to ship large orders complete. If an Item is back ordered, then we will notify you by email.
Shipping:
Most Items will be shipped Via USPS Priority Mail, however from time to time it may be necessary to use other shipping options- Custom and special order items will be shipped via "Best Method" and we will notify you of shipping details by email.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We will gladly accept returns of most items. Returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee- Exchanges are not charged a restocking fee but are subject to a re-shipping fee of $9.00/pair. Close Outs/Special orders cannot be returned and will be clearly marked.
Shoes which have been used cannot be returned. Please try your
shoes on a soft surface, free of dirt to prevent damage to the sole.
Shoes which have been used on a hard surface cannot be returned for refund or exchange. All returns must be in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION. All returns must be made with in 21 days of shipment for exchange or refund and are subject to shipping charges. We can not be responsible for items lost during shipment. Please ship via insured mail or Federal Express.
Care of your dance shoes:
It is NOT recommended that you wear your
dance shoes on the street or for casual wear. This will ruin your
shoes!
Dance shoes are designed to be very sturdy and light weight and have a very durable
suede sole. Proper care will insure a longer life for your
dance shoes. We recommend that with your first purchase that you also buy an inexpensive wire shoe brush. As you
dance the
suede soles will collect dirt, wax and debris which can be cleaned using this simple method - brush with enough pressure to remove the grit but not so hard as to wear out the sole.
